Lauren has provided me with a nurturing and safe space for the last couple months where I have been able to express some of my darkest moments and share issues that have plagued me for some time. I came to her with anxieties, sadness and emotions I was struggling to access / that felt stuck inside me. These issues have held me back and I have felt stuck, avoidant and full of fear for a long time.
Every time I leave one of our sessions I feel lighter, calmer and excited about what we have worked on and the tools she has given me to go work on in between sessions (meditations, journaling exercises etc).

During our sessions, regardless of the topic and if it is uncomfortable or painful to talk about, I feel safe and I trust Lauren with anything I need to talk about.
I feel more connected with my true self and my heart than I ever have before. I feel calmer, I feel like I am starting to live more from my heart space, honour and express myself. I am much more aware of myself and my patterns and when I catch myself in those moments I now feel I have these tools from Lauren to get me through those moments and to start to change those patterns so I can live the way I want to.
I have so much gratitude to Lauren for sharing her gifts with me in order to help me heal these wounds. She has been a true blessing for me.
